Job overview:


An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Mid Adult Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Dementia in Older People's Mental Health Administration Team, for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Administration Apprentice.


You will have the opportunity to develop the skills that help provide a comprehensive and effective administrative service as well as gaining insight into the provision of administration within the NHS.


Working as part of a team you will gain experience in a range of different communication techniques with a wide range of internal/external personnel.

This is a full time post of 37.5 hours a week. A proportion of time will be spent with a training provider studying towards the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.


The post holder will be expected to complete the Business Administration apprenticeship. Please note that we will not be able to shortlist any applicants with more than 50% prior learning/work experience of this apprenticeship standard.

Main duties of the job:


To assist the Restormel Integrated Community Mental Health (ICMHT) and Dementia in Older People's Mental Health Service (DOPMH), to support the reception and administration service across Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.


To be an effective team member, providing the team with effective and efficient administration support, ensuring that a high quality service is delivered at all times.
