Job Role - Production AdministratorContract - Permanent
Full Time - 39 Hours
Coolair Bus & Rail Ltd predominantly specialise in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of bespoke integrated HVAC systems for the Automotive and Railway industry.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with great attention to detail. This job role offers a wide variety of works. Therefore, the individual needs to work well under pressure and enjoy working with IT.
We have a requirement to expand our administration function at our Deacon Road site.
We want to employ a team player who will actively assist with improvements throughout the business and have a positive attitude towards the development of our processes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting the roll out of a new company wide ERP, forecast to launch in Q A full training course shall be provided on site.
- Liaising with customers, receiving enquiries and preparing quotations for approval by a Director.
- Purchasing, including price checking and raising purchase orders for approval by a Director.
- Creating works orders for shop floor production at our manufacturing facility.
- Providing detailed sales reports to the finance department and company Directors.
- Progress chasing, both internally and externally.
- Liaising with the Production Manager and Quality Control department to despatch product in a timely manner.
- Recording minutes in daily production meeting for a circulation list.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Qualifications in English and Maths.
- Great attention to detail.
- Previous experience within an engineering administration role is preferred.
- Ability to maintain concentration under pressure.
- Must be enthusiastic, selfmotivated, proactive and organised.
- Keen to learn a new ERP system.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Must be organised and professional with document control.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Using own initiative and managing/prioritising workload.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Experience in common industry standard business practices, such as ERP.

Salary
Salary is negotiable based on previous experience and the individual's abilities.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday 07:30 16:30
- Friday 07:30 12:30
