THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dedicated Implementation Trainer to join our team.
As an Implementation Trainer, you will ensure a smooth transition for our customers from start-up mode to full integration and regular use of ACE360.
As our Implementation Trainer some of your main responsibilities will include:- Collaborate closely with Sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless implementation of ACE360.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions and create detailed project plans that document the full implementation journey.
- Maintain uptodate project plans and facilitate regular catchup sessions with customers and the implementation manager.
- Create engaging elearning modules for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist the Sales & Marketing Team with lead generation by identifying opportunities to upsell additional software and services.
- Actively manage a portfolio of ACE360 accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide information for weekly sales reporting and participate in discussions on account management progress.
KEY PERSON CRITERIA:
- Proven experience in customer implementation and training.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing customer accounts.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Detailoriented with excellent project management abilities.
