THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dedicated Implementation Trainer to join our team.

As an Implementation Trainer, you will ensure a smooth transition for our customers from start-up mode to full integration and regular use of ACE360.

As our Implementation Trainer some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate closely with Sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless implementation of ACE360.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions and create detailed project plans that document the full implementation journey.
• Maintain uptodate project plans and facilitate regular catchup sessions with customers and the implementation manager.
• Create engaging elearning modules for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist the Sales & Marketing Team with lead generation by identifying opportunities to upsell additional software and services.
• Actively manage a portfolio of ACE360 accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide information for weekly sales reporting and participate in discussions on account management progress.

KEY PERSON CRITERIA:

• Proven experience in customer implementation and training.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing customer accounts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
• Detailoriented with excellent project management abilities.
