Description

Salary range - £65,000 - £75,000 plus fantastic benefits

Some of the duties will include:

Mentor and coach the Marketing teams across UK and Nordics
Develop, coordinate and monitor the execution of marketing campaigns
Working with regional sales leaders to formulate strong marketing plans
Establish clear commercial targets, priorities and key success factors in line with global strategies
Providing leadership to the UK marketing team
Working closely with the sales team to accelerate business growth
Being responsible for managing the marketing budget
Be present in the office 2 days a week
Previous experience within a similar role, including international experience
Team management experience is essential
Experience within financial services is desired
Strong marketing background with experience in both strategic planning and execution
Strong relationship building skills
Clear communication skills on all levels
Ability to communicate big ideas, lead meetings and presentations
Commutable distance to Watford
