Reporting to the EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition, and part of Adobe's global search community.

This individual contributor role will be responsible for developing and executing the TA strategy for executive level hiring and external leadership succession across the regional organisation.

You will play a pivotal role in telling the Adobe story and captivating top executive talent for both existing roles and future opportunities.


What you'll do:

Strategic leadership:
spearhead the efforts to build and implement the appropriate executive talent strategies to ensure Adobe in EMEA meets its business growth aspirations

Business advisory:
provide insightful talent intelligence to the business by understanding market drivers and the competitive landscape Consult on critical talent needs and influence leaders through deep business and market acumen

Stakeholder management:
cultivate and lead critical partnerships with hiring managers, senior leaders, HRBP's, talent development and compensation ensuring a collaborative and cohesive experience for all

Talent attraction:
engaging and building relationships with executive talent through various channels, to build on your existing network

Assessment:
ensuring a best-in-class assessment process is experienced by all exec talent

Executive succession planning:
working with talent development and the regional HRBP's to ensure we have 'warm' external succession options for critical roles

Employer Branding:
work with the regional and global employer brand teams to ensure Adobe is positioned as an employer of choice in the EMEA market

Global Community:
Participate as an active member of the Adobe Global Executive Search Community to share best practices and ensure consistent processes and experience


What you'll need to succeed:


Executive search background:
Successful track record in EMEA/Global executive search across sales & engineering, ideally gained in both a search practice and in-house environment

Strategic partnerships:
Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders to build and execute talent strategies

Compelling communicator:
Excellent communication, presentation and story telling skills, with a data focused approach

Stealth negotiator:
able to close the best talent with competitive commercial proposals that are both compelling and consistent with Adobe's total rewards framework

Ability to navigate the matrix:
experience operating in complex global and ambiguous environments

Legal savviness:
deep understanding of EMEA employment legislation
