Event and Recruitment Lead - London, United Kingdom - Wildlife Trust for Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire

The Event and Recuitment Lead will work at a variety of events and locations across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire, including our very own nature reserves, visitor centres, farmers' markets, shopping centres, country shows and major festivals.

Here you will pass on your passion for our charity's work and inspire people to support us with the help of a fully-branded gazebo and interactive display set up.

• Recruit new members and supporters for the Wildlife Trust for BCN
• Identify potential new opportunities for event attendance to maximise income and source new funding streams into the Wildlife Trust, including attracting new Wildlife Trust members
• Coordinate events run by the Supporter Engagement Team, taking responsibility for planning, promoting and ensuring the smooth running of an event schedule and individual events
• Train, coach and support staff and volunteers to help with the membership lead generation programme
• Work closely with the Wildlife Trust Promoter and agency recruitment team to maximise the number of events that can be attended delivering on our membership growth aspirations and to provide support on high profile, high footfall events throughout our three counties
• Work closely with your Line Manager on retention and recruitment strategies
