  • Get The Future You Want_
We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Director to join our team. This role reports into the CSO.


An overview of the role:


As we continue to grow, we need to mix our account centric DNA with a real challenger mindset, forming innovative and disruptive sales strategies which are tailored to each sector.

We are therefore looking for a collaborative, driven individual to lead our Account Manager community, own the strategy and account planning process and help our account leaders identify new opportunities and areas of growth, harnessing the power of the group.


You will lead the CXO play initiative for Capgemini Invent in the UK, leveraging learning from our global teams, as well as have accountability for the provisioning and interpretation of all MI for the sales funnels.

We really believe in creating a partnership with our clients and our people. Using our Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE), you'll get to know our people, our business and client's needs.


Why this role?


As a Director in the business you'll help set the Go To Market direction, driving sales in our business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.


Key expectations from this role include:

  • Leverage market research and competitor analysis to identify white space and shape our future priorities
  • Lead Sales transformation initiatives such as client feedback and CXO play
  • Create and lead bid management and support teams
  • Manage our monthly sales forecasting process with the CSO, CFO and Sales Operations leader
  • Communicate our sales commission schemes within Capgemini Invent UK VP community
Drive a focus on alliances into our sectors, working with the BU alliance teams
