Description

MDC Couriers Ltd is seeking to hire an experienced multi-drop delivery driver for one of the UK's leading parcel delivery brands.

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery van to transport goods to customers
• Load and unload products from the van, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery and any discrepancies
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues or concerns

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
• Commercial driving experience is preferred but not required
