Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Support Staff to ensure exceptional person Centre care is provided to people at home.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed to Support staff
  • Support the Registered Manager in Daily operational requirements.
  • Carry out Daily Rota planning and Coordination.
  • Carrying out daily spot checks While staff on shift.
  • Creating, updating and carrying out reviews on support plans.
  • Supporting with on call at evenings and weekends.
- you will have protected office and time and requirement to carry be on shift 2 days a week.

  • Carrying out Administration tasks as directed by the Registered Manager.
  • Conduct/ Be involved in team meetings.
  • Supporting Manager and Deputy in Quality Assurance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Experience:


  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a Supervising/ Leading a team
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a team through change
  • Strong negotiation skills to handle difficult situations and Discussions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using online care packages software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
Up to £14.00 per hour
