As a Finance Disputes Solicitor, you will be an integral part of the Finance Litigation team, renowned for its expertise in handling complex and high-value financial disputes.

You will have the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of finance-related litigation matters, including banking disputes, asset finance, insolvency, regulatory investigations, and professional negligence claims.

You will represent an impressive portfolio of clients, including major financial institutions, corporations, and public sector organizations.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A strong academic background, NQ to 3PQE
  • Proven experience in finance disputes, ideally gained within a reputable law firm.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • A clientcentric approach, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
