Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced Export Operations Coordinator for a well established busy Freight Forwarder. The company are based in the Heathrow area.

Job Description:

Operations Cocoordinator working within a multimodal Export Operations team, transacting and arranging the smooth transportation of goods whilst providing the highest level of customer service.

Key duties and responsibilities:

The role is mainly handling Air Export shipments (start to finish)
Quotations
Completing Export entries
Track shipments progress
General administration duties
Completing MAWB's, HAWB's and Nes entries
Airline Bookings
Liaising with overseas agents
Customer Services (Highest level)
Pre-Alerts
Arranging collections (Dealing with Transport companies)
Invoicing

Key skills required:

General Freight Forwarding experience (Air Export essential)
Excellent PC skills
Excellent time management experience
Ability to make own decisions
