If you are a paralegal who is keen to develop and progress your career in residential property, then this position offers support within an experienced team that covers the conveyancing process from conception through to completion and a chance to further yourconveyancing experience within the entirety of conveyancing law, not just specialising in one area.

You will be joining a busy residential property team in York, where you will support a well-respected department and in turn be supported by them.

The team focuses primarily on residential conveyancing; however, it does also work on social housing conveyancingfiles.

You will be working on a variety of conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgaging, property transfers, and deeds of gifts.
