Marketing and Communications Executive

We're recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Executive to support with the team's mission to inspire people through the delivery of the day-to-day marketing activities, and develop internal communications channels that engage, inspire, and support our teams across all Consensus services.

We're looking for an individual who is passionate about all things creative to work alongside the Head of Marketing and Communications in strengthening the Consensus brand, and someone who can capture the imagination of audiences - providing a professional and innovative approach to marketing and communications projects.

You'll join our Marketing team, based in our Colchester office, with the opportunity for hybrid working.

Person Specification
We're looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive with the following experience and attributes:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Highly creative with an eye for detail
Good understanding and experience of social media platforms in a prior role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills verbal and written
Demonstratable content and creative writing skills
Producing creative content including video content
Willingness to travel and undertake visits across Consensus services
Experience of managing website updates and content
Confident scoping, planning, and delivering multichannel marketing and communications activity
Ability to work well in fast paced environment and foster good working relationships

Whilst not essential, it may also be beneficial to have the following experience:

Degree and/or CIM qualification
Use and understanding of CRM systems
Scoping, planning, and delivering multichannel marketing and communications activity
Coordination of events and promotional activities
Media relations and digital management
Prior experience within Health and Social Care Sector
