Legal Support Team Leader

Edinburgh - Office Based

Up to £30k

Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading client in the Legal sector based in Edinburgh to recruit a Legal Support Team Leader to join their team.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide administrative support to the overall legal team including Partners and Fee Earners across the business.

Duties involved in this role will include:

Supervision of the Legal Support team
Allocation of resource to enable efficient operation across the business

Workflow Management Tool

Ownership to support SLAs
Accountable for compulsory training
Recruitment/Selection/On boarding

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

Recent relevant experience working within a professional setting in a similar supervisory role
this experience is essential
Documents Management & Case Management experience this is desirable
Excellent administration, attention to detail & organisational skills with the ability to deal with a very busy workload effectively
Solid IT skills including the use of the MS Office suite, Digital Dictation & the ability to pick up bespoke systems effectively
Experience of managing a substantial and broad workload within tight deadlines
