Here at The Recruitment Junction, we are working with an event company who are looking for a full time cellar operative to join their talented team

What will I be doing?

Contribute to consistent achievement of liquor GP% and related targets
Manage a diverse team
Have a professional relationship with a range of suppliers, team members and guests
Consistent achievement of positive feedback from client and colleagues surrounding cellar service
Have experience in cellar management within a large operation
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience managing EPOS systems
Experience managing diverse teams

The Recruitment Junction was launched in 2020 as the first and only non-profit recruitment agency in the north east of England, exclusively placing men and women with prior convictions into meaningful paid work.

We offer support into full-time, permanent employment. We are working with a specific client, supporting them with their recruitment needs. You will be employed directly by the client themselves.

Pay:
£11.03-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift
Day shift
Flexitime
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
