Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.


One of my Housing clients are looking for a Service Lead to manage a team of Support Workers that provide housing support to vulnerable people that may be involved with the criminal justice system, long-term unemployed, mental health issues, complex needs,homelessness, prison leavers and substance misuse issues.

This role involves travel to locations across South East London you can claim expenses for travel.


Duties:


  • Deliver a high quality and effective supported housing services and/or housing management services.
  • Ensuring safety plans and support are in place
  • Working with other internal support Services (IT, Finance, HR)
  • Promoting the service, managing the rota and oncall arrangements
Experience Required

  • Good ICT Experience
  • Can demonstrate capabilities to team lead, work towards goals and keep track of KPIs
  • Experience of working with internal services
  • Experience of working with vulnerable and complex individuals
**You will be required to have a DBS Check for this role prior to starting, it is essential that you're a car driver for this role.
