We're looking for a Hot-Shot Junior Designer to join our team of specialists at our Stourbridge offices. We need an impressive, self-motivated team player who can support our expanding design department and help support an array of campaigns for a large portfolio of clients.

Reporting to the Design Studio Manager you will be required to manage an array of design projects for a variety of clients, while providing support to the Digital Marketing Teams to ensure optimised integration of graphical content.

• Proven knowledge working as a designer with experience of an agency environment or similar.
• MUST HAVE an existing portfolio that shows design flair.
• Educated to A level or equivalent, in a graphic design related course.
• The ability to work on multiple projects, staying organised at all times.
• Proactive about learning design related software and practices.
• Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of your own work.
• Keen eye for detail, both stylistic and within copy and layout.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of design software (preferably Illustrator and Photoshop).

Experience in photography and video/film production and editing (Preferably Premier and After Effects)

• At least two years Agency based experience.

Day to Day Responsibilities include:

• Taking client briefs from Marketing/Account managers.
• Create and produce fit for purpose concepts and designs for digital projects including web and social media graphical content.
• Creating design concepts for rebranding projects.
• Support on idea generation with the Marketing Department/Account Managers.
• Assisting with studio and location filming and editing.
