Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare RAMS using the provided software. (Can use own software if you have one)
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with law.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and personal protective equipment
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training sessions
Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability
Stay uptodate on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to workplace safety

Skills:

First Aid: Proficient in administering first aid treatment in emergency situations
Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in identifying underlying causes of accidents or incidents to prevent recurrence
Report Writing: Ability to write clear and concise reports detailing safety incidents, inspections, and recommendations
