As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Your role will involve assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing information about hotel services and local attractions, handling guest inquiries and requests, processing payments, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable as it allows you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of guests.

You should also possess strong hospitality skills, be knowledgeable about hotel operations, have proficiency in phone etiquette, and be able to handle difficult situations with tact.
