Salary:
£25,357 per annum pro rata (plus Inner London Weighting of £3,344 if applicable)

Fit for the Future (FftF) is a portfolio of 4 programmes spanning across the organisation from fundraising to UK operations to our internal services.

It aims to create an efficient & agile organisation with the right structure, services, skills and ways of working to empower our people to deliver Strategy 2030.


What you'll be doing


As Programme Coordinator based within the Portfolio Management Office (PMO), you will play an integral part in the delivery of our transformation programmes.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, well organised, has strong attention to detail and is eager to learn and get involved.

This role will be great opportunity for someone with strong administration and organisation skills that is looking to develop project and programme management skills.


The Programme Coordinator will provide essential support with day-to-day programme management, including with programme planning, risk and issue management and reporting.

The purpose of the role is to support the programme teams with programme management and administration tasks and work with the PMO to standardise programme management practice across the portfolio.


What we are looking for

  • Knowledge of working in and around projects or programmes, especially with risk registers, reports, and plans
  • Knowledge of the use of MS teams/ SharePoint, especially the use of filing and document storage systems
  • Ability to use standard Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate with senior members of staff, understanding and interpreting their needs and key information.
  • Experience of preparation and presentation of reports and written communications
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to respond to and prioritise a range of competing demands
