£21,255 (£10.90 per hour) OTE £25K - £30K
Contract:
Temp to Perm (12 weeks temp)
Hours:
Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Shifts:
Must be available Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm
Rotational shifts of:
8am - 4pm, 8.30am - 4.30pm or 10am - 6pm.
Start Date: 2nd October

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to deliver an exceptional service to our client's customers You will be working for a partner within enforcement, who specialise in debt collection and work on behalf of local authorities.
You will be working as a Customer Service Advisor, dealing with a variety of customer request, helping to solve customer enquiries and maximising collections.
You will be dealing with some vulnerable customers, so you will need to have the ability to put yourself in their shoes, empathising, and making the customers feel supported.
The customers will have an outstanding debt with the council, such as an unpaid parking fines, and you will be looking to either take the payment or set up a payment plan.
The role of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Identifying customers needs and resolving enquiries regarding all types of debt.
- Ensuring all company procedures are followed and adhered to.
- Effectively record customer interactions on the system.
- Ensuring delivery of client KPI's, including day to day services levels, compliance and productivity.
- Maximise collections.
- Being resilient, as well as being empathetic to each situation.
We are looking for Customer Service Advisors who have:
- Customer service skills
- call centre or collections experience
- The ability to actively listen and show empathy.
- Basic computer skills essential.
- Confident communication.
- Ability to talk and hold a conversation.
- Empathy
- Great listening skills
- The ability to navigate multiple systems
