The role

  • Communicate by telephone or in writing with customers, solicitors, or any third parties
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial activities,
  • Support and mentor junior team members.
  • Previous experience with mortgage servicing
- experience within a regulated mortgage environment

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
