Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance and repair work. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.


Duties:


  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Weld and fabricate components as needed
  • Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems
  • Supervise and train junior technicians as required
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
  • Proficiency in electrical systems, including working with logic controllers
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Leadership skills to supervise junior technicians
