Multi Skilled - Handyman

Location:
North London

We are recruiting a handyman with a electrical or plumbing background based in North London with another site based in South West London.

If you have plumbing and/or electrical knowledge then this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Undertaking both reactive and planned maintenance on both of our sites under the guide of the Maintenance Manager. (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc)
To responsibly work within the guidelines of both Health and Safety and internal policies and procedures, completing relevant paperwork to ensure this.
Acting in the role of Fire Marshall after inhouse training.
To conduct periodic checks of various systems such as generators, water temperature, and alarm systems.

Fixed hours, Call out and emergency on overtime.
