We are an Alternative Education Provision based in Manchester providing education to young people from age 11 up to 25 years of age.


As a Educational Mentor/Tutor you will be supporting and inspiring our students, delivering an engaging and effective tailored curriculum, providing our students with support in building social skills and confidence.

You must have a can do positive attitude to make learning fun yet professional.

  • A calm and resilient approach.
  • The ability to motivate and engage students.
  • Good attention to detail and organisation is essential for completion of detailed paperwork, reports, and student folders.
  • Ability to work with students one to one or in very small groups.
  • Ability to deliver an inspiring and engaging full curriculum training will be provided.
This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils and young people.

We have a robust Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy, and all staff will receive training relevant to their role at induction and throughout employment at the school.

Referees will be asked to disclose any Child Protection allegations or issues of a similar nature for all successful job applicants.

All staff will undertake Enhanced DBS Checks and others safeguarding checks that apply.
