Service delivery support officer

Do you have experience in change management?


Tate is recruiting for a temporary Service delivery support officer with great customer service skills and the ability to support the design of services.


This role will be:


  • Updating and maintaining departments intranet pages, keeping contents up to date and accurate
  • Taking notes in meetings
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the department to ensure a consistent and joinedup approach to the business
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders to better understand their requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of business change in an organisation or service
  • Experience in project support and administration
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
