  • Legal 500 Tier Two law firm
  • 33 offices around the world, as well as a very impressive client base
  • Market leaders in the life sciences sector
The Role

  • Draft, review and advise on commercial contracts
  • While the majority of work will be life sciences and healthcare related, there will be opportunities to assist on tech matters
  • Point of contact when liaising with partners and associates in other departments / offices transactional and regulatory work
  • Manage all work allocated by partners and other members


  • Excellent academics

  • STEM undergrad is favourable
  • 26 PQE with experience from top tier practice
  • Strong IP background with transactional / commercial experience
  • Excellent prior experience of advising, drafting, and reviewing contracts and agreements
  • Experience advising on a range of compliance issues (including industry codes of practice) in pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare sectors
  • Working with commercial arrangements for life sciences companies
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivation, with the ability to work closely with other team members
