Job description
Outsource International Ltd are a Global IT Services Provider. We are currently seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our growing Project Management Team in Newbury, Berkshire.


Role Summary


The project coordinator will run service projects for the sales team to ensure smooth running of on site activity for our clients.

They will liaise with our service partners in country to ensure resources are available to attend site to complete project tasks.


They will ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, working with the in country teams on pricing, reporting and deliverables.


Responsibilities
As part of the role you would be expected to manage the following:

  • Understand all aspects and expectations of a given project.
  • Create and execute a plan / timeline for delivery of the project.
  • Manage the expected costs supplied and approved by our Sales Team.
  • Scheduling engineering visits and organising professional service visits with our partner technical teams.
  • Completion of project related admin, raising work orders and updating systems ensuring high levels of accuracy and information updates to all parties.
  • Ensure highest level standard of work is achieved and provide proactive management and timely closeout information.
  • Provide further cover for project administration tasks and reporting as required.
  • Minimise risks to Outsource International and our Customers.
  • Ensure senior management and sales teams are kept aware of progress and challenges, and escalate where necessary.

Key skills and competencies

  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with Outsource employees, customers, engineers and partner teams.
This is a rewarding role, working within a fast paced, growing business. There is potential to grow this role into a Project Manager.

Previous project coordinator experience is required (+1yr), preferably within the IT / telecoms service delivery space


Pay:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
