We are currently recruiting for an experienced Rental Controller to join our client at their office based in Basingstoke on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role is extremely fast-paced and requires someone who can multitask and make decisions under pressure. Any experience of working in a busy rental environment is beneficial.


The purpose of the role is to receive and process all short-term rental business, and following the order through the whole process.


Duties of the Rental Controller include:

  • Understanding customer requirements and sourcing from fleet
  • Making any adjustments to stock
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Raising rental contracts and maintenance documents
  • Raising quotations and processing invoices
  • Organising offhires and inspections and noting any damage
  • Dealing with termination of agreements
  • Liaising with logistics companies, asset controllers and customers

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
