At HFH Healthcare we meet the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults & children in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams, our enhanced level of specialist clinical support, enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex.

We deliver care 24-hour a day, 365 days a year.

Client details:

Male client aged 41, Nebulisation, Seizure management and PEG-feeding.

We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for day or night shifts, including weekends, within the Richmond area.

Shifts pattern:

8am-8pm day shift/double up

8pm-8am night shift
Our carer development centre comprises of interview and training rooms, and specialist and fully equipped skills labs for bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including:

Tracheostomy care
Invasive and noninvasive ventilation
Airway suctioning
Cough assist
Autonomic Dysreflexia
Oxygen therapy and monitoring
Bowel management
Enteral feeding
Epilepsy and seizure management
Catheter care
Complex medication administration
Behaviours which challenge
Complex moving and positioning

No mandatory uniform requirements

What HFH offers:

Hourly pay rates range between PS p/hr*.
Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is duration 12hrs.
Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns PS p/wk*.
The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between PS26,200
PS28,950*.
We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Selfemployed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
Please note: This dependant of their shift pattern (days/nights/weekends) and these rates shown are inclusive of holiday pay which is accumulated per hour worked.
