Taylor Root have recently partnered with an International Law Firm who are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Associate to join their dynamic Corporate team.

This role will be available on a 12 month FTC, with potential for a permanent role to be offered.

The firm, part of wider Law firm group has experience across all aspects of transactional law.

This role will be sitting in the Corporate M/A team, acting for public and private, entrepreneurial, and institutional clients including buyers, sellers and management teams.

The team advise on takeovers, mergers, acquisitions and disposals with much of the work being international in nature as well as servicing UK clients.

The successful Corporate Associate is likely to be upwards of 6 PQE, ideally with experience in corporate transactions, private equity transactions, management buy-out and buy-ins and joint venture shareholder structures and arrangements.

Ideally you will have gained this experience at another top 100 law firm.

As mentioned, this role is available on an initial 12 month FTC, however there is an opportunity for this role to go perm.

The salary is highly competitive.
