Key responsibilities of a Sales Assistant
- Warm welcome, exceptional customer approach, use appropriate sales techniques from start to closing the sale
- Provide personalised advice and drive sales according to the customer's needs
- Build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship management
- Manage the needs of the customer including exchanges, credit notes and holds
- Suggest additional items as adon sales
Requirements in order to be successful as a Sales Assistant
- Be able to communicate efficiently and effectively
- Be a quick learner and good listener
- You must have excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Details focused
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Problem solver

Salary:
From £22,430.64 per year
