Key responsibilities of a Sales Assistant

  • Warm welcome, exceptional customer approach, use appropriate sales techniques from start to closing the sale
  • Provide personalised advice and drive sales according to the customer's needs
  • Build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship management
  • Manage the needs of the customer including exchanges, credit notes and holds
  • Suggest additional items as adon sales

Requirements in order to be successful as a Sales Assistant

  • Be able to communicate efficiently and effectively
  • Be a quick learner and good listener
  • You must have excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills

Salary:
From £22,430.64 per year
