Trainee Recruitment Administrator

Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Recruitment Administrator, you'll dive into the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless execution of our recruitment processes while caring for our workforce's well-being


Your responsibilities will encompass:

Booking Fulfillment: Collaborate closely with our team to effectively fill bookings, matching skilled professionals with the right positions on construction sites.

Worker Support: Regularly check in with workers on-site to ensure their satisfaction, address queries, and maintain strong relationships.

Phone Engagement: Serve as the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing assistance and reassurance to our workforce and clients.

£19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
