Description

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join the growing Sheffield team.

Main duties include:

Provide guidance and support to all your care team.
Completing spot checks and supervisions.
Train new staff in the field.
Covering care calls in an emergency situation, so you will need to be fully flexible to help with demand.
Oncall is an essential part of the role, supporting staff and customers in the community out of office hours.

You will be required to work a rolling rota of:
Wk- Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Wk- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

Hours of work will be covering 7.30am - 10pm when on calls and office will be 8am-5pm

We currently work on 2 shifts 7:30am to 2pm, then 4pm to 10pm. You will be required to have the on call phone 1 week in 4.

Overtime will be paid outside of contracted hours

Full training will be provided along with additional training to NVQ 3 or 4.
