Description
To work as a skilled practitioner within a specialist Child Death Review (CDR) Team.


You will be a member of the CDR Team and will ensure the provision of a high-quality service as detailed in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Southend, Essex & Thurrock (SET) and in accordance with Statutory Guidance and that the declared specifications of the Integrated Care Boards (ICB's) are met.

To assist in the provision of high standards of holistic family-centred care supporting families who have experienced the unexpected death of a child and evaluate through feedback of the experience of the service from bereaved families and staff using this information to improve service delivery

You will work in partnership with agencies to ensure a co-ordinated approach with the process to support families when their child has died

You will support the team in prioritising and planning workload and be an expert resource for the multi
- professional team.
