Description
Making lunch at 11.30am and Early Evening meal served at 4pm from Scratch for our Daycare at Oxlease House Travellers lane AL10 8TJ

Prepare healthy snacks and make sure good hygiene standards are followed.

Washing up and Cleaning the Kitchen and dining room at the end of the day

Food hygiene level 2 and DBS will be required.;
9.00 am to 17.00pm Monday to Friday


Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
  • Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards

Additional Duties:

  • Menu planning
  • Food shopping
  • Recording food temperatures
  • Preparing reports

Salary:
£10.00-£10.50 per hour
