Analogue IC Design Engineer - Cambridge - Hybrid


My client is a cutting edge R&D outfit, developing a patented scalable sensor technology for next generation smart devices, working with OEMs in the consumer electronics, automotive, industrial, and medical markets.

Backed by multinational strategic andventure capital investors, and with a strong international team across the globe, the company is entering an exciting growth stage and is currently seeking an Analogue IC Design Engineer.


The Analogue IC Design Engineer will be responsible for block-level and chip-level design and verification, taking ownership from concept to production silicon, shaping the IP of the company.

As an Analogue IC Design Engineer, you will have:

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong analogue circuit design skills, with mixedsignal design being highly advantageous but not necessary,
  • Experience with tapeout of analogue building blocks.
  • Experience with ADC design.
  • Experience with circuit layout, either directly, or by supporting layout engineers.

Desirable experience:

  • Developing models in Verilog-A is highly desirable.
  • Experience with DFM/DFT.
  • Experience with lowpower/lownoise sensor design is highly desirable.
