Would you like the opportunity to develop Bognor's first dedicated Structured Clinical Management (SCM) practitioner role?

The Bognor Assessment and Treatment Service is committed to improving the care pathway for those with complex emotional needs and this post is a pivotal step in our continued development of the CED pathway and provision within the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Structured Clinical Management is an evidenced based approach that enables mental health practitioners to work effectively with people with difficulties related to complex emotional needs who may receive a diagnosis of EUPD / BPD.

With increasing awareness and commitment to offer a consistent, coherent and a reliable approach to this client group, we are looking to recruit a qualified practitioner who will work solely within an SCM framework.
