We're looking for Care Professionals who are available mornings for a few hours and that doesn't have to be every day but it does need to be alternate weekends because Clients do need us at weekends just like weekdays.
You would be matched to Clients and they would be your regulars seeing them for a minimum of 1 hour at a time.
You are encouraged to build relationships with your Clients because we know that we are then able to make appropriate decisions about their wellbeing.

Care Assistant Benefits:

Excellent pay rates - from £10.61 to £12.75 per hour, plus _£15.75 enhanced bank holiday rates>>_

Part time hours to suit your lifestyle:
_ Minimum 1 hour call_ *- so you have the time needed with client
Waiting and Travel time payments are in addition to hourly rate:
Mileage to cover the cost of using your car is paid fortnightly:

Care Assistant responsibilities:
Being a Carer is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
- Companionship ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
Qualifications:
No formal qualifications required other than basic maths and english.
Having looked after relatives or having had some informal caring experience is an advantage.
All training is provided and is an ongoing provision
