    IT Helpdesk Engineer Position

    We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our dynamic IT team.

    This position is ideal for a technical-oriented individual eager to develop their skills in a professional environment.

    The successful candidate will provide first-line support to our users, ensuring that all IT-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide Technical Support: Respond to IT support requests from end-users via phone or in-person. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Incident Management: Track and document all support requests using our ticketing system. Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on outstanding issues.
    • System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
    • Software Installation and Configuration: Install and configure software applications and operating systems according to company standards.
    • User Training: Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT systems and software applications.
    • Asset Management: Manage IT inventory, including tracking and documentation of hardware and software assets.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar certifications.
    • Experience: Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or support role.
    • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
