My client are a growing Insurance company in the London market who have doubled in headcount in the last 2 years and having seen great success, are looking to continue their growth trajectory.

They are looking for a US qualified Lawyer with a backgroundin Insurance Law, to support in the development of their recently launched US operation.


You will be responsible for:

  • Advising on Insurance & Reinsurance Law
  • Commercial contract drafting & review
  • Advising Underwriters on policy wordings, NDAs, TOBAs,binding authority agreements
  • Advising on Claims and Litigation management You will be a US qualified Lawyer, with experience in insurance Law in the US. The preference is for this position to be based in London, though applicants who live near, or wouldrelocate to, Boston would also be considered.
