Our client is looking for a Commercial Energy Assessor to join their well-established UK leading testing, inspection, and compliance firm.

The firm have a wealth of technical expertise and experience across a wide range of sectors.

To be considered for this Commercial Energy Assessor role you will have:

  • Level 3 or 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor Qualification
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Brilliant relationship building and positive 'cando' attitude
  • Full clean UK driving licence and willing to travel to sites across the UK
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience using Design Builder (Desirable)
  • Experience providing TM44 certificates (Desirable)

Working as a Commercial Energy Assessor you will:

  • Undertake site inspections and analyse findings
  • Issue Energy Performance Certificates and complete written reports
  • Undertake TM44 inspections
  • Have organisational skills and deliver clients reports in a timely manner
  • Liaise with clients and build lasting relationships
  • Manage general administration
