Apprentice - Customer Service

Fixed term contract initially for 15 months

Customer Service Centre, Francis Street, Hull

In partnership with our training provider - Lifetime Training - the programme offers you a chance to study for a Customer Service Level 2 nationally recognised qualification, all whilst gaining practical work experience.

What will you do?
You will be working from the Hull customer contact centre.

As part of your job role, you will join one of our teams with Housing Services, you will be asked to complete tasks such as calling customers, following processes on our systems, sending letters, printing and scanning documents and electronic filing.

All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship


What skills and abilities do I need to have?
On top of this, practical skills we are looking for are;

  • A minimum of 2 GCSEs at grade C or above (grades or equivalent in Maths and English
