We are Luton's Market Leading Estate Agent, and recruiting for a highly motivated & ambitious person to fill the role of Sales Negotiator at our Luton Offices.

We are an Independent Company who invests, supports and trains our staff, offering career progression.

Due to strong market conditions we are looking to recruit two Negotiators for our branches in North Luton and Stopsley.

Job Role

• Speak to customers both over the telephone and in person
• Book in & conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers & agree sales
• Carry out basic administration
• Generate and book in valuations & mortgage appointments
• Canvassing

Skills & experience

• Experience preferred but not essential
• Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
• Work as part of a team
• Positive, organised and reliable
• Full UK drivers licences & use of own vehicle

Hours: 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday

9am - 4pm Every other Saturday

CLOSED Sundays

Competitive basic salary + commission and bonus
