Service Manager

Hitchin area

Up to £35,000 Basic DOE

Great Monthly Bonus scheme

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to take the next step in their career and join a award winning garage based in the Hitchin area


As a Service Manager, you will work as part of the Service team, you will continuously strive to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

You will build rapport with customers and create a seamless experience from start to finish.

Successful Service managers are ambitious problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Liaise with other departments on repairs and servicing
  • Always remain professional
  • Give high levels of Customer Service
  • Manage a diary of your customers and their vehicles

Qualifications

  • Previous Service advisor experience
  • Professional appearance
- great organization skills


Salary and Benefits
Up to £35,000 Basic DOE

Fantastic monthly bonus

Monday-Friday 8:30 - 17:30

1 in 2 Saturday-8:00 - 12:30
