What you'll be doing

You won't always be at your desk; you may be out and about completing mutual exchange visits and supporting with neighbourhood inspections as required, so there's a real mix of housing management exposure and an opportunity to further your current housing knowledge.

You will collaborate with various organisations/agencies and liaise with key workers to provide the best outcome for our customers.

There'll be elements of administrative tasks such as letter writing, mail merges, keeping records up to date and electronic filing.

About you

You'll have a background working in an office environment with experience in communicating with customers about an array of tenancy enquiries.

You'll be resilient and able to deliver messages in a clear way and have a compassionate understanding that is vital in promoting a positive environment for all our customers.

Your attention to detail will ensure the electronic filing is up to date and accurate processing is taking place.

It will be preferrable to have a full UK driving licence so you can get out and about on visits and access to a vehicle to do so.

Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office suites
