6 Months Temporary to Permanent

8.30am - 4.30pm

£15ph Umbrella PAYE

The Client

Our Client are a Nationwide Facilities & Property Management Company who provide domestic & building maintenance solutions across the Country.

Due to demand, they are looking to recruit an additional reliable and experienced Fleet Coordinator to work from their offices in Widnes.

The Role
Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing all fleet vehicles. You will maintain their fleet inventory and coordinate transportation logistics for vehicle redeployment and returns.

Duties:

Manage and coordinate all fleet vehicles
Support service engineers and logistics managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage all external Hire desk orders,
Manage, administer and follow up all PCN notifications
Schedule MOT's and ensure all vehicles are compliant
Complete regular checks and ensure all vehicles are at the required standard
Arrange and coordinate and maintenance and repairs
Complete any other Fleet Administration such as recharge compilations

Experience
Must have a minimum 2 years' experience of working within a similar role
Must have ability to use Microsoft products: word, excel etc
Ability to work as a team player and prioritise busy workload
Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
