Are you are interested in marketing and communications, agriculture and looking for your next career move?

We are looking for two experienced Marketing Communications professionals to join our team as the marketing leads for the UK subsidiary of RAGT.

The focus of the roles will be to take responsibility for developing and promoting our brand through various marketing campaigns and events, securing and maximising on communication and promotion opportunities.

You will lead all marketing-related activities and build relationships with internal and external teams. These positions are suited to creative, engaged people with high attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.


Your prime responsibilities:

• Develop original content for all media platforms, including websites, social and publications.
• To build and maintain partnerships with advertising and PR agencies.
• Take the lead in organising and promoting RAGT's presence at key events, ensuring that a professional profile is established in promoting the brand.
• To support the commercial team on campaign objectives, supporting a culture of customer focus and helping deliver projects in response to business changes.
• To create and develop marketing support materials for both external and internal purposes.
• Monitor the marketing industry, reporting and highlighting emerging marketing trends to be used in future campaigns.
• Support the Marketing and Communication budget

Primary Skills:

• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and event management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office and multimedia generating software's such as Adobe suite
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Incentive to work independently but understand the commitment to the team.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally.
• Proactive and motivated mindset
• Background in marketing/PR/Communications
• Knowledge of farming/agriculture (preferable)
