- Conduct telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to gain insight into the impact of an individual's health condition on their daily activities.
- Produce detailed Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions in determining eligibility for benefits.
- Develop clinical knowledge and assessment skills through regular feedback and supervision.
