Description
Technomate is a CCTV Security and AV Audio/Video Distributor.

We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Operative to join our team in Edmonton, N18.

The main duties of this role will include:

  • Pick & pack orders for mail order (boxes, pallets).
  • Pick orders for instore sales / collection with handover to customers.
  • Load/unload deliveries (lorries, vans, 20ft/40ft containers).
  • Stock replenishment (warehouse and showroom).
  • Ensuring all stock is located in the correct place and are correctly stored within the respective locations.
  • Handling and processing customer and supplier returns.
  • Working on the trade counter when quiet or when assistance is required.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse inside and outside (car park).

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. We are closed on bank holidays and during Christmas.

  • Monday to Friday

Application question(s):

  • For unloading 20ft/40ft containers, products are loose and not on pallets. Please confirm this is okay as it can take up to 3 hours to unload a container.
  • Pick & pack orders: our system is manual, not automated therefore you will need to learn product locations. Please confirm this is okay.
  • For instore customers, orders would be picked then brought to the trade counter, then taken to their vehicle so you will also be interacting with the customer. Please confirm this is okay.
